We know that time is money, so you won't have to wait long to get a part! We work with UK courier company Tuffnells to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

No minimum order value is needed and you can order up to 6pm for next day delivery in the UK.
Need it today? Same day delivery is available.
Special deliveries can also be arranged for next day by 10:30am, noon, or Saturday.

Open-box policy

Our open-box policy means that you can add to your parcel each day instead of breaking it up into multiple shipments. Our competitors don't do that.

They charge you for each order you place during the day and ship it out separately, sometimes at a charge of at least £12.95 per package. At Indequip, our shipping prices start at just £6.50.

Prices and products

When it comes to our competitors, we think we do it better.

With our price challenge, we will endeavour to either match or better a competitor's price for the product you seek.”

If you're looking to replace a competitor's part, just give us its number. Our cross-reference service will save you time and energy as we match the part to ours.

Site visits

Sometimes there's a problem that just can't be solved over the phone. For these technical questions, one of our representatives will come out to your facility and help find a resolution.

So if for example, you need to modify parts of your machinery or help changing products or even some assistance in changing your productivity, give us a call and we'll head on over.

We just don't sell products without experience. We can give a technical answer to most fluid power applications even if we don't end up with an order. That's all part of the service.”
