The business has recently undertaken an audit to ensure the QualityManagement System (QMS) currently active has been sustained and improved inaccordance with the international recognised accreditation. 

There are 7 quality management principles; Customer Focus, Leadership, Engagement of people, Process Approach, Improvement, Evidence-based, Decision Making and relationship Management, that are vital for a successful QMS, which the team have focused on to ensure we received a successful audit.  

We have a dedicated team of Quality Assured Representativesthat will carry out internal audits through the year to ensure the processesthat are in place are maintained by all employees, which will enhance customerservice.
